(July 16, 2026) Phase 1 curb and gutter replacement work will begin along the South and West sides of 52 Avenue and 52 Street on July 17 or 18, weather permitting.

Once the concrete is poured, there will be a seven-day curing period where affected residents will not have access to their driveways. Vehicles will not be permitted to cross the new concrete until driveways are reconstructed.

Please note that on-street parking will not be available during construction.

Once work is complete on Phase 1, crews will move to the North and East sides of 52 Avenue and 52 Street to begin Phase 2 – removal and replacement of the curb, gutter and sidewalk.

This work is scheduled for the week of July 20 and is expected to be completed in September, weather permitting. Affected residents will not have access to their front driveways and will need to park on the street.
