Seniors Fitness
This class is inclusive of all genders and ages. Participants are welcome to join at any time and are encouraged to move at their own pace. Cassie offers a variety of exercise modifications to accommodate individual needs, including joint replacements, arthritis, and high blood pressure. The class can also support recovery from injuries and surgeries, helping to build strength, restore energy, and improve flexibility. Beyond the physical benefits, this class offers the opportunity to build new connections and friendships. Participants support one another through challenges while also holding each other accountable in their wellness journeys. This class can quickly become an important part of your weekly routine.

FREE Seniors Health & Wellness Chair Exercise – NO equipment needed.
Location: Calmar Program Centre, 4815 -49 St. Calmar, AB
Time: Tuesday Afternoons: 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm
- Program runs January to April and September to December
