Calmar & District Christmas Elves/Angel Tree Program

Donations for the Calmar Christmas Elves will begin on November 13th, 2023, and will be accepted until the deadline of December 8th, 2023 (allowing some time for our volunteers to get the hampers ready for the recipients).

You will find food donation bins at the library, post office, Mint Pharmacy, Mike Karbonik Arena and at the Town office. Cash donation boxes will also be scattered throughout town and all money collected will be used to shop for our local families. In lieu of a food drive this year, we will be ‘Cramming the Cruiser’ with donations at Calmar’s Christmas in the Park on November 30th.

If you or someone you know is in need of a little extra help this year, please contact Heather, FCSS Coordinator at the Town office to register for a Christmas hamper. For families with children, each child will be added to our ‘Angel Tree’. This is an opportunity for those that wish to donate to a local family can come and grab an Angel and help make a local child’s Christmas wishes come true! We encourage gifts to include a toy/game, a book and a new pair of pj’s! All gifts must be new and unwrapped and delivered to the FCSS Coordinator prior to the deadline.
