Regional Subdivision and Development Appeal Board
The Regional Subdivision and Development Appeal Board (SDAB) is a quasi-judicial board that hears appeals on planning decisions for several municipalities across Central Alberta. The SDAB is responsible for conducting impartial, fair and timely hearings. The SDAB serves the following municipalities:
- Village of Alix
- Village of Beiseker
- Town of Bentley
- Village of Big Valley
- Summer Village of Burnstick Lake
- town of Calmar
- Village of Carbon
- Village of Caroline
- Village of Clive
- Village of Donalda
- Village of Elnora
- Summer Village of Gull Lake
- Summer Village of Itaska Beach
- City of Lacombe
- Village of Linden
- Town of Millet
- Town of Olds
- Summer Village of Parkland Beach
- Town of Penhold
- Town of Ponoka
- Town of Rimbey
- Summer Village of Rochon Sands
- Town of Rocky Mountain House
- Summer Village of Silver Beach
- County of Stettler
- Summer Village of Sundance Beach
- Town of Three Hills
