Road crews are working to replace the sidewalk, curb and gutter infrastructure along 52 Avenue, from Parkview Crescent to 50 Street, and the curb and gutter along 52 Street, from 52 Avenue to West Drive.

Once the concrete work is done, workers will install asphalt overlays to finish the roadwork. Construction is expected to be completed by the end of October, weather permitting.

Crews are also grading the back alley behind 52 Street at the Hawk’s Landing Phase 2 subdivision. Lane work is expected to be completed by the end of July, weather permitting.

Once complete, the infrastructure upgrades will provide significant community benefits, including increased safety and connectivity for residents.
