Calmar’s Annual Lemonade Stand Event

June 14, 2026 – Calmar’s Annual Lemonade Stand Event brings together local businesses, families, and young entrepreneurs for a fun and meaningful community experience. Each $200 sponsorship supports one youth-run lemonade stand, helping cover the cost of supplies while giving local children the opportunity to learn creativity, responsibility, and confidence.

Sponsorship spots are limited and fill quickly. By participating, your business supports a great community initiative while gaining local visibility and recognition. Complete the application form below to reserve your spot.

Lemonade Sponsor Application

We are going out to our business community to ask for one business to sponsor one child who will design, decorate, and give away lemonade at their lemonade stand.

Each business will be paired with a Calmar Child to help cover the cost of supplies to make and give away the lemonade. The stand and its decorations will be up to the children (and their parents).

The idea behind this is to introduce our young entrepreneurs to our business community.

The cost of Sponsorship is $200.

• Sponsorship dollars will provide all the fixings needed to make some great lemonade
• The number of Lemonade stands will be capped at 15
• Each sponsor will be highlighted in social media, the town website, emails to the parents of elementary school-aged children, and posters that will be placed around town.
• On Lemonade Stand Day, there will be a sign showing which business sponsored each stand.

How to Sponsor a Lemonade Stand

1. Complete the contract form below in full and email to Sandra McIntosh at smcintosh@calmar.ca
2. Payment will be taken by Sandra McIntosh at the Town Office.
3. We will assign your business to a child’s lemonade stand and let you know who you are sponsoring.

Lemonade Stand Day Sponsorship Agreement

By submitting this form, you confirm your intent to sponsor one lemonade stand at the Town of Calmar Lemonade Stand Day on June 14, 2026. Sponsorship includes a $200 contribution to support supplies and ingredients for participating youth.

You acknowledge and agree that the Town of Calmar may use your business name, logo, and promotional materials in connection with event advertising, marketing, and social media, in accordance with the terms of the agreement.

You agree to provide sponsorship payment and any required materials in a timely manner.

By submitting this form, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions set out in the full Lemonade Stand Day Sponsorship Agreement. The full agreement governs and forms the legally binding contract between the parties.
