Regular Council Meetings are held on the first and third Monday of each month. (except January, July & August where there is only a meeting on the third Monday.) They are open to the public and take place at 7 pm.

Agenda Packages are posted to the website prior to the meeting. Meeting minutes are posted on this page the following day. If you would like to submit a public commentary request, please email your request to slosier@calmar.ca by 10:00AM on Tuesday the week prior to the meeting. Requests and inquiries will be followed-up on via email communication.
