Adding section 9.18.7 DC – Direct Control District 07
This district is intended to enable a residential development project to accommodate single detached dwelling on smaller lot in a mature neighbourhood. the permitted uses would be single detached dwelling and buildings and uses, accessory to dwelling, single detached.
