Calmar Program Centre

Originally called Scouts Hall, the building was completely renovated in 2009. Some upgrades include a full service kitchen featuring a fridge and stove, two handicap accessible washrooms, and hardwood flooring throughout. Tables and chairs are included with all rentals of the facility.

TERMS:
1. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation. Once payment is confirmed, entry codes will be given.
2. Entry codes are unique to each booking. They are valid 30 minutes prior to start time of booking and 30 minutes after the end of the booking. Outside of that window, the entry codes will not work.
3. Deposits are returned by cheque after a post-rental inspection of the facility.
4. Failure to leave the facility clean and in good order will result in the immediate forfeit of deposit.
5. Alcohol is only permitted with a liquor license. Appropriate insurance coverage is also required.
6. Casual Bookings (Hourly) do not need to pay a damage deposit but are responsible for any damages.
7. In the event of an emergency: ‘On call’ number for Public Works is 780.446.7319.
