The town of Calmar Assessor will be available to address any concerns or questions you may have regarding your assessment.

Please be advised that, as per Section 336 of the Municipal Government Act, the Combined Assessment & Tax Notices for the town of Calmar were mailed on May 06, 2022.

As Per Section 337 of the Municipal Government Act, Tax Notices are deemed to have been received seven (7) days after mailing.

Taxes are due in full on June 30th, 2022 unless enrolled in the Tax Installment Plan.
